Received January 16, 1.30 p.m MELBOURNE, Jan. 16. “We have not found it necessary to make any such regulations for Vic - torian beaches,” said the Actmg-1 render (Mr McFarlane) in commenting on the New South Wales decision regarding beach costumes at Brisbane. “Southport has no intention of banning brassiere and zipper costumes. I do not think them indecent,” said the Mayor of Southport.
