CHEERFUL TONE.
LONDON STOCK EXCHANGE. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, Jan. 15. The stock markets arc cheerful on the news of the Saar plebiscite result. German bonds again provide a firm feature and French bonds are also higher. British Government stocks are quiet. War Loan 3i per cent, is quoted at £lO9 10s.
