'ABOLITION IN EUROPE URGED. Received November 21. 1.20 p.m. PARIS, Nov. 20. Thirteen councils, represented on the Air Transport Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce, have agreed to recommend abolition of the air mail fee for European traffic. They point out that a similar plan for intercontnental traffic is at present premature, but urge that the fees be reduced to the minimum.
