GAOL SENTENCE.
THEFT OF CHEQUE. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Nov. 20. Roy Barlton Caulton, alias “Snowy” Caulton, alias Roy Smith, a labourer, aged 23, was to-day sentenced to .six months’ imprisonment for stealing a cheque for £8 12s 6d. Caulton is at present serving a sentence of 18 months for breaking and entering, and the new sentence is to be served when that is completed.
