CHARGES OF FORGERY

NEW PLYMOUTH. Nov. 12. Richard Albert Dailey, of Auckland, was to-day found guilty bv a jury in the Supreme Court on nine charges of forging and uttering share transfer documents in connection with a company known as Extravac, Ltd. The jury strongly recommended Dailey to mercy. He was remanded fr sentence.
