The American professional golfers proved too strong for Australia in the international golf match, and winning all six singles to-day made a clean sweep in the contest. The singles resulted :—Diegol boat Stewart, 9 and 8 ; Runyan beat Naismith, 7 and 5; Laffoon beat W. Bolger, 3 and 1; Wood beat Richardson, 4 and 3; Cooper beat Spence, 2 and 1; Sliute beat Cohen, 4 and 3. VISIT BY ENGLISH WOMEN. LONDON, Nov. 10. The Ladies’ Golf Union lias accepted an invitation to visit Australia and New Zealand in 1935.
