AIEDAL BEING ISSUED.

LONDON, Nov. 10. In connection with the King’s Silver Jubilee, the Royal Mint is issuing a medal in 1935 showing the crowned effigies of Their Majesties. It lias been impossible to find a single emblem representative of the Empire as a whole, therefore it has been decided that the reverse will show a view of Windsor Castle. . . Special arrangements are being made for sale of the medal in the Dominions. The Daily Telegraph says the King contemplates a visit to the south coast in the spring, preliminary to the sliver jubilee celebrations, when lie will face heavy engagements. The Queen recently visited Eastbourne and inspected the Duke of Devonshire’s seat, Compton Place, Eastbourne, which is dry and sunny, compared with the spring at Sandringham.
