Railway excursion from Wellington, traversing the new Okalmkura-Stratford lino: Responding to requests for an excursion train from Wellington traversing the new Okahukura-Stratford line in daylight during a week-end, tho Railway Department announces having arranged tho excursion for Saturday, November 17. The excursion train will leave Wellington on tho Saturday night and proceed via the Main Trunk to Tauniarunui and thence return via the Okahukura-Stratford line arriving back in Wellington on tho Sunday night,. Stops of over an hour will bo made at Taumarunui and Stratford for breakfast and luncheon respectively. The faro is at a very cheap rate. Sec advertisement in this issue.
