The Ncws-Clironicle states that Prince Hubert Loewenstein has arrived from the Saar, whither ho returns in a week. He declares that London is full of Nazi spies, dozens parading Piccadilly day and night. Prince Loewenstein, whose name appears in the latest list of Nazi outcasts whom Her Hitler deprives of citizenship and property, says Hitler’s spy system in the Saar is the most complete ever invented. A spy is detailed to every block of houses. The only hope of fair play in the plebiscite lies with England, whose moral prestige at present is overwhelming.
