KIDNAPPING CASE.

ARREST IN ARIZONA

NEW YORK, Nov. 7.

A message from Tuscan (Arizona) states that Oscar Robson was arrested to-day and charged with kidnapping Jean Robles. Federal authorities claim to hold evidence that Robson was the writer of the ransom notes.

A New York cable dated April 27 stated that 1000 officers and citizens of Tuscon, Arizona, were searching for the six-year-old child of a wealthy Mexican family, who when returning home from school was taken by three men in an automobile. Later a note was delivered to the family demanding 15,000 dollars ransom. On May 14 the girl was found chained in a cage nine miles from her home.
