BIBLICAL CITY SWEPT BY FLOODS.—The ancient city of Tiberius, on the Lake of Galilee, after it had been visited by terrific floods caused by tw o cloudbursts in twenty-four hours. A huge wall of water carried from the hills masses of mud and boulders, causing havoc in which 24 people, mostly children, lost their lives.
