The London butter market this week retained the firm tone of the past few weeks. The following are the ruling prices, the last cabled quotations being given in parentheses: Danish, 88s to 90s (84s to 86s). Choicest salted and unsalted, New Zealand, 77s to 78s (76s to 78s); Australian, 76s (745). The cheese market - is still steady. New Zealand, coloured, 44s 6d (46s 6d); white, 45s (455). Australian, white, 43s to 44s (none offering).
