MAGISTRATE’S COURT.

TWO REMANDS GRANTED. Before. Messrs J. T. Bosworth and W. L. Black, J.P.’s in the Magistrate’s Court to-day, Harold Robinson, aged 38, of Kimbolton, appeared on a charge that on April 3 he did fail to comply with the conditions of his release on probation. He was remanded to June 1 on the application of Senior - Sergeant Whiteliouse, who stated that there were a number of other charges pending. Frank Robert McWatt, aged 21, of Nelson, W'as charged that he did, oil August 8 last at Wakefield, fail to comply with the conditions of his release on probation. Accused was remanded to appear again on Monday 1 next.
