TRAINER’S DEATH.
INJURIES’ FATAL TURN, Per Press Associaion. CHRISTCHURCH, May 4, John Armstrong, aged 58, married, a horse-trainer of Spreydon died in hospital last night as the result of head injuries received when lie was thrown by the horse Cappy Ricks during schooling operations on Tuesday at Riccarton. He had been semi-conscious since the accident.
