A NEW INVENTION IN THE GLIDING WORLD.—Chief Engineer Zaschka, with some friends from the German Air Club, have built a new kind of glider, with a propeller worked by pedals. This fool-worked apparatus has the same effect as a 7 h.p. motor. Zaschka in the construction of his glider, has incorporated some of the principles of the windmill aeroplane.
