LOAN CONVERSION.
DUNEDIN CITY PROPOSAL. Per Press Association. DUNEDIN, May 4. The recommendation that application be made for authority to convert loans totalling £2,214,700 is made to the City Council by the finance committee. The proposal does not include loans totalling £1,102,547 held outside New Zealand and, therefore, not subject to conversion, and loans of £330,000 which mature on September 1 next.
