CHANGES ANNOUNCED. (British Official Wireless.) Received April 10, 10.45 a.m. RUGBY, April 9. The King has appointed Sir Harold Kittennaster, the Governor of British Honduras, to be Governor of Nyasaland in succession to Sir Winthrop Young, who was recently appointed Governor of Northern Rhodesia.
