GERMAN SENTENCE.
A DETECTIVE’S OFFENCE. BERLIN, April G. A Stettin Court sentenced Dr. Hoffman, a detective, to 13 years’ hard labour for maltreating prisoners in a concentration camp. Two other detectives were sentenced to five years in prison. Several civilians similarly charged received sentences of from two to ten years. The trial was held in camera.
