EXPLOSIVE FORCE.
BY WATER ELECTROLYSIS. CHEMIST’S SECRET FORMULA. Received April 9, 11.20 a.m. LONDON, April 8. The Pan's correspondent of Reynolds’s News says that in the course of a spy hunt the police discovered a secret formula in the rooms of a Jugoslavian chemist, enabling the electrical decomposition of -water under conditions releasing an enormous explosive force 48 times greater than the most powerful chemical explosive known. The police also seized letters from Professor Einstein endorsing the principles of the discovery. Seven were killed by an explosion during the tests.
