HIS LAST HOPE.
INSULL WIRING LONDON. CONSTANTINOPLE, April 7. As a bid for freedom Samuel Insull is telegraphing London lawyers claiming British nationality, and hoping for the British Government’s intervention. He says that he was born in London and went to the United States when 20 years old.
