COMPLETION OF SERIES,
THREE YEARS’ INTERVAL,
(United Press Association—By Electric Telegr ap h. —Copyright.) (British Official Wireless.) Received April 6, 11.45 a.m. RUGBY, April 5. The subscription lists opened this morning for the British Government 3 per cent, funding loan of. £150,000,000 and closed at 11.30. The issue completes the series of funding operations following the Great War Loan conversion accomplished in 1932. A Press Association cable message says the loan was over-subscribed ns ninety minutes. There are now no important maturities to be dealt with until 1938.
