PENAL SERVITUDE.
ASSASSINATION COMPLICITY. Received April 6, 9.40 a.m. BUCHAREST, April 5. _ C'onstantinescu, Caranicu, and Belimace were sentenced to penal servitude for life for complicity in the assasmation of M. Duca, the Premier, in December. Fifty others were acquitted.
