The Dominion Mark Fruit Book which has been issued by the N.Z. Fruitgrowers’ Federation, Ltd., is claimed to be the most comprehensive and authoritative fruit cookery book over issued in New Zealand. The book is very attractively printed and contains recipes for and methods of preparing ail classes of fruit.
