EXTRACTS FROM “STANDARD,” MARCH 14, " 1904.

A considerable number of the old season’s lambs which had been held in cold store for a lengthy time had been placed on the London market. Owing to tho healthy state of the dairying industry more heifers wore being bred than for some seasons past in the Ashhurst and Pohangina districts.
