CLAIM FOR DAMAGES
Per Press Association. DUNEDIN, Oct. 28. In the Supreme Court to-day, the hearing was concluded of a case in which Robert Larkins claimed from the Love Construction Co. £1912 11s damages arising out of a motor collision in which plaintiff was injured. The jury, answering the issues submitted to it, found a verdict for plaintiff for £1271 11s. Counsel for defendant contended that, according to the answer to one issue, defendant was entitled to judgment. Mr J ustice Kennedy accepted motions for judgment from both parties and will hear argument at a date to be fixed.
