LEAGUE OF NATIONS.
BRITISH DRAFT CONVENTION. (British Official Wireless.) Received October 28. 12.7 p.m. RUGBY, Oct. 27. The Secretariat of the League of Nations will make a revised text of the British draft 'convention embodying all the matter decided upon since the first reading, and this will bo circulated to all the delegations. Further conversations will also take place and the results of these may furnish material for fuller work when the General Commission reassembles. The last word must rest with this body, which is representative of all the States taking part in the Conference.
