THE ARMS CONFERENCE.
MEETING OF BUREAU. (British Official Wireless.) Received October 28, 12.7 p.m. 'RUGBY, Oct. 27. Mr Arthur Henderson this evening decided to call a meeting of the Bureau of the Disarmament Conference for November 3 instead of November 9. It is expected that important conversations will in the meantime have taken place at Geneva.
