GOLDEN HAIR SCORES. MELBOURNE, Oct. 29. At the Moonec Valley Racing Club’s Cup meeting yesterday the New Zealandbred Our Comet, trained by Dave Price, ran second in the Mia Mia Hurdles. Pasha, trained by the New Zealander J. T. Jamieson 'had an ull-the-way win in the first division of the St, Albans Handicap for colts. Mr Kemball’s Cavalcade was fourth. The Wearier, trained by A. Webster, was third in the second, division of the ’ St. Albans Handicap, for colts, • tho winner of which, Ferndale, was ridden by Ashley Reed and is trained by Lou Robertson Following are the principal results: W. G. Cox Plate, of 1000 sovs; w.f.a. Nine furlongs.— Rogilla, 1; Dermid, 2; Waltzing Lily, 3. * Moonee Valley Cup, of 2200 sovs. One mile and five furlongs.—Peter Jackson, 1"; Reach, 2; Jimmio Boy, 3.
