NAZI METHODS.
PLAIN SPEAKING. The condemnation of Nazi methods was pronounced before a large Berlin audience by Dr. Sherwood Eddy. Dr. Eddy is an American lecturer who has for long been an educational link between bis country and Germany. Expecting a blessing on the present regime the audience were discomfited when Dr. Eddy told them some home truths. Such things, it is affirmed, have not been publicly said in Germany for montiis. They are unlikely, however, to affect Captain Goering, the Prussian Premier, who has lately proved at least liis consistency by an exposition of the measures to be taken for the protection of Brown Shirts. Death will be the penalty for violence, positive or intended, against a Brown Shirt, while a Brown Shirt will he protected from the consequences of misdeeds he may have committed in connection with the revolution before the day when Herr Hitler ordered that it was finished.
