WAVE OF CRIME.
IN NORTH QUEENSLAND. Received September 26, 10.25 a.m. BRISBANE, Sept. 26. A crime wave has swept over North Queensland during the past week. The mail on a train was robbed, bomb outrages have occurred at Townsville and TulJy, and safes were blown at railway stations at lierberton, Pawngilly, Mirriwinnie and Bambaroo, also in business premises at Mareeba and Atherton.
