REICHSTAG FIRE SUSPECT.
A HUNGER-STRIKE. Received September 25, 8.10 a.m. LEIPZIG, Sept. 24. Van der Lubbe has been hungerstriking and tire prosecution says the motive is to break up the trial. The Court physician declares that if Van der Lubbe persists it will be necessary to consider forcibly feeding. A later message states that Van der Lubbe has ended his hunger strike. He ate normally to-day and has apparently completely recovered.
