TROUBLE BREWING.
FORCES IN CUBA. HAVANA, Sept. 21. Reports reaching Havana on Thursday night indicated that Government troops clashed with the rebel forces of Juan Bias Hernandez at Lascuevas ranch, near Moron, and two rebels were killed. News of the first jtfctual armed clash between the forces supporting the Ramon Grau San Martin Government with rebels is supplemented by persistent rumours in Havana that the forces here were ready to strike at the new Government, and a new revolution is brewing.
