SORTING OF CLOTHING. POSTMEN’S DRIVE FINALISED. Two weeks’ continuous and hard work of sorting a big collection of clothing confronts the Mayoress and other members of the ladies’ committee of the Central Relief Depot in consequence of the postmen’s drive, which was finalised when the last of the gifts came to hand on Wednesday, making a total of over 5000 parcels, besides many thousand bottles, several tons of foodstuffs, cash donations amounting to £l9 16s 6d, and numerous miscellaneous articles.
