SEQUEL TO CRASH.
AVIATOR IN COURT. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Sept. 22. As a sequel to an aeroplane crash at Johusonviile a year ago to-day, when a Wellington Aero Club Moth 'plane was totally destroyed by fire after hittmg a house, Arnaud Heim de Tourettes was charged to-day with ’hying in such a manner as to cause unnecessary danger to persons and property, and with carrying out flying which, by reason of bis low altitude and proximity to persons and dwellings, was dangerous to public safety. He pleaded not guilty and the case was adjourned to October 6 so that tile necessary witnesses might be obtained.
U_p to this morning a summons to another defendant had not been served.
