ARBITRATION AWARD.
Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, Sept. 22 After another discussion, occasion ally heated, the parties to the biscuit and confectionery workers’ dispute to-day agreed in the Conciliation Council to make joint application to the Arbitration Court for a ruling as to whether Wanganui, AVellington, Nelson and Timaru, who are not parties to the present award, can be joined to any future award.
