PRODUCE IN LONDON.
WHEAT CARGOES EASIER. Received September 22, 11.35 a.m. LONDON, Sept. 21. Wheat cargoes were easier in sympathy with tlie American bearishness, but owing to the exchange fluctuations buyers were nervous. The easiness was accentuated by a further break in North and South American openings. An increasing movement of Russian description to the Orient was reported. Anglo-Canadian and King Malcolm cargoes were sold at 24s 10$ d, both being bulk. Parcels were inactive and generally 3d easier, except Russians, which were 3d firmer. Futures.—London : September, 21s 3d ; December, 22s 3d ; February, 22s 6d per quarter. Liverpool: October, 5s 10gd; December, 5s lid; March, ss4sd; May, 5s 6d per cental. The spot trade is quietly steady. Australian, ex ship, 20s 6d to 27s 3d. Flour is steady. Australian, ex store, 19s 6d to 20s. Barley is steady, European selling 3d up. Oats, peas and beans are unchanged.
