TENSION IN CUBA.
LULL IN DISTURBANCES. Received September 22, 9.15 a.m. WASHINGTON, Sept. 21, The Secretary of State, Mr Cordell Hull, on Thursday said that Consular advices indicated a lull in the disturbances in the interior of Cuba, but the tension continued at a high pitch.
