REPEAL FAVOURED.
TWO MORE STATES. NEW~ YORK, Sept. 19. On the basis of incomplete returns, Idaho and New Mexico to-day became the thirtieth and thirty-first States respectively to ratify the prohibition repeal amendment. The “wets” gained substantial majorities in both cases.
