WRESTLING.
Per Press Association. WHANGAREI, Sept. 21. Rough tactics characterised the wrestling contest between Hal Rumberg and Jack Patterson at the Town Hall last night. The bout ended in the fifth round with the intervention of the police and the disqualification of Patterson, who refused to release a stranglehold on Rumbevg. In the third round Patterson secured a fall with a thunderbolt and in the next session Rumberg evened after a series of flying tackles.
