WARM DISCUSSION.
THE DR ANGUS CASE. Received September 19. 10.40 a.m. MELBOURNE,' Sept. 19. The Presbyterian General Assembly had a long and warn discussion on the Dr Angus case, but reached no finality. A wide division of opinion was becoming more apparent as the session proceeded, the acting-Modera-tor making repeated appeals for order. An attempt is being made to-day to clarify the position. According to a cable message received yesterday the issue is: How far should liberty of thought be permitted to a teacher entrusted with the training of future ministers of the Presbyterian Church J
