LABOUR PAPER’S ANALOGY. (Special to New Zealand Press Association.) Received September 16, 9 a.m. LONDON, Sept. 15. An interesting comment of the London Daily Herald, the Labour paper, ill regard to The Reserve Bank proposals is contained in these words: “It is interesting to note how close the Central Bank proposals of the New Zealand Government are to the Labour Party’s proposals in this country for the re-organisation of the Bank of England.”
