CITY COUNCIL’S ACTION. POWER BOARD RATE. APPLICATION FOR INJUNCTION. Following the action taken by the Ma.nawatu-Oroua Power Board yesterday afternoon in confirming the striking of a special separate rate of 7-20 d in the £ over the Palmerston North city area, instructions have been issued by the City Council to the municipal solicitors to seek an injunction to restrain the board from pursuing the 'course decided upon.
