STREET ACCIDENT.

ELDERLY LADY INJURED,

Mrs Lynch, an elderly resident of EdgeAvare Road, Palmerston North, Avas admitted to the Hospital this morning suffering from concussion, a fracture of tlie right forearm and abrasions to the face and hands, the injuries having been sustained in a collision Avith a motor lorry at the corner of Rangitikei and Wellsbourne Streets. It would appear that Mrs Lynch was ■riding a bicycle and Avas about to traverse the Wellsbourne Street crossing Avhen the motor lorry emerged from that street into the busier thoroughfare and a collision occurred. MrS Lynch Avas taken to the Hospital by the Free Ambulance. *
