PLANS FOR ANTARCTIC. OSLO, May 6. While Sir Hubert Wilkins is asliore studying meteorological conditions the aviator, Mr Bernt Balchen, accompanied by Mr Ellsworth, the American millionaire, will essay at the end of the year a flight over three thousand miles of uncharted Antarctica. The steamer Fanafjord will take them to the edge of the ice.
