FIRE AT DUNEDIN.
HOUSE AND CONTENTS DESTROYED. Per Press Association. . DUNEDIN, May 8. Fire yesterday afternoon gutted a two-storey seven-roomed wooden house in Forth Street. A high wind swept the flames through the building, whose contents also were lost. The occupiers, Mr D. McFarlane and his wife, were absent at the time. The outbreak is believed to have originated in a room occupied by Mrs McComb.
