FINE "WEATHER CONDITIONS.

BRISBANE, Feb. 10. The weather is fine and hot with a cloudless sky for the fourth Test match. The wicket is definitely favourable to the batsmen. The crowd is approximately 20,000 and is increasing.
The' Australian team is as previously announced. The English team will not be available until 11.50.
