FLYING BOAT CRASHES.
TOKIO, Feb. 9. A Short Brotliein’ flying boat, the largest in the Japanese Navy, yesterday while practising night flying at the entrance to Tokio Bay, plunged into the ocean.
Seven of the crew were saved, but three were drowned, including the lieu-tenant-commander, who was acting as pilot. Divers are searching for the wreck. *"
