FROST IN BRITAIN.
SKATING IN LONDON PARKS. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBI, Jan. 26. In common with the greater part of the European Continent, frost maintains its severity in Britain, and the prospects are for its oontinuance. Skating is general in most of the country, including the outskirts of London. In the London parks the ice is getting steadily thicker and skating and toboganning will be permitted today.
