A LONDON BRIDGE TO BE RECONDITIONED.—WaterIoo Bridge, the safety of which has been a source of much discussion for a considerable time, is now definitely to be reconstructed. Repair work has already been done, as seen in the illustration, when a section of the bridge, marked with a cross, sagged badly and had to be reinforced.
