SPEEDWAY RACES.
Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, Dec. 18. About 5000 people attended a broadsiding meeting at Western Springs Speedway last evening, when the visiting team again showed remarkable skill. The track was dry and bumpy, but there were few spills, and nobody was injured. The most successful rider was AV. Phillips, of England, who took three firsts and a second.
